Wudang Taiji 28
Tai Chi Chuan
"Stillness in motion, bringing Calm to the heart and mind."
I teach Tai chi chuan in the lineage of Tchoung Ta-chen (6 part long form), Professor Chen Man Qing (37 short form) and 42 Combined Competition form.
I also teach the 12 DaoYin Qigong, 5 Animal Qigong, 8 silk Brokade Qigong.
The benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong are as deep as the ocean, however:

I have rehabilitated a dislocated knee strengthening it and am pain free for years after

Removed a headache and am headache free
-
Released stiff muscles causing shallow breathing

Calmed a agitated mind
-
Create better Circulation of Blood in the body and the benefits that come from that.
The above are a few things from personal experience I have balanced via Tai chi and Qigong Training in my own Body.
That is only the beginning of the health benefits of training.


Tai Chi Weapons

Straight Sword art is taught at the studio, as well as Broad Sword art including partner work and finally free sparing in the safety of the studio.

The second was Wudang School i learnt Competition 42 form from and Chen form.
Im Currently Studying with Master Ziji for Wudang Sanfengpai Curriculum.

Even as a teacher myself, i believe in furthering my learning and never stop learning new forms and new systems of gong fu.
I have embarked on Wudang GongFu with Master Ziji a 16th Generation inheritor of Sang Feng Pai Sect at Wudang mountain.
